Why there are no testimonials here
Because testimonials are the easiest thing on a website to make up, and plenty of firms do.
Everything on this page is a Google review, sitting on a profile we do not control the contents of. You can click through and read all fifteen, including any we might have preferred you did not see. That is rather the point.
What people tend to mention
Reading through them, the same three things come up:
Price. “Fair”, “competitive”. We give you a price on the phone before we come out, so there is nothing to argue about when we arrive.
Speed. Next day, without fuss. We are based in Castlecroft, so most of Wolverhampton is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem.
No upsell. We do not carry out drain repairs or excavation, so there is never a quote for remedial work waiting at the end of a survey.
